What the Job involves? (What will a typical day look like):

Team I-CAN are looking for an all-rounder to join the team. The Administrative Assistant role is key to the smooth running of the office, proving support across the functions as and when needed. This role would suit a proactive individual with excellent organisation skills with the ability to organise own workload. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working within a team environment and is willing to learn.

  • Dealing with queries on the phone by email and social media
  • Updating records
  • Setting up meetings and taking notes
  • Supporting the individual functions as and when needed
  • Attend occasional programme sessions to see how it is run
  • Assisting with the organisation of the weekly programme
  • Printing
  • Possible diary management
  • Invoicing
  • Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good team player
  • Computer literate
  • Good organisation skills
