The I-Can Project team are looking for enthusiastic, career driven individuals to join a small and dedicated team focused on delivering the I-Can programme in locations across the UK.

As I-Can continues to grow and develop our aim is to bring together a team who are keen to support our delivery. We have a number of roles we are recruiting for including a Marketing and Social Media expert, Administrative Assistant(s) and a Training Facilitator. Each of the roles being advertised for allow for personal growth and development. In return, we offer flexible working, an opportunity to share ideas and contributing to the deliverance of a bespoke programme designed for children.

Sales Representative

What the Job involves? (What will a typical day look like):

Team ICAN are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented and career driven Sales Representative to join a winning team. This role will suit someone with excellent negotiation skills and who has the ability to promote and sell the I-CAN Programme directly to potential clients and customers, whilst building and maintaining business relationships with those involved with the programme.

Marketing / Social Media Expert

What the Job involves? (What will a typical day look like):

Team ICAN are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, forward thinking Marketing / Social Media expert who has a keen interest in Marketing and content and enjoys keeping the world informed via social media. This role will suit someone keen to develop their career and enhance their skills, whilst working within a small team who are focused on delivering a bespoke programme aimed at children:

Assistant Training Facilitator

What the Job involves? (What will a typical day look like):

Team ICAN are looking to recruit an Assistant Training Facilitator that can successfully help deliver the I-CAN Project six-week programme. This is a very busy and hands on role and will require extensive interaction with a group of approximately 12 children. A challenging yet rewarding role, the Assistant Training Facilitator will work closely with the Lead Facilitator to ensure the programme is delivered to the best standard. This role will suit someone who is keen to develop his or her training and presentation skills and enjoys working in a class environment.

Training Facilitator

What the Job involves? (What will a typical day look like):

Team I-CAN are looking to recruit a training team that can successfully deliver the I-CAN six-week programme. This is a very busy and hands on role and will require extensive interaction with a group of approximately 12 children. A challenging yet rewarding role, the Lead Training Facilitator role is one which holds responsibility in ensuring that the programme is delivered to the highest standard. This role will suit someone who has previously worked with children, delivering programmes and enjoys being part of a classroom environment.

Administrative Assistant

What the Job involves? (What will a typical day look like):

Team I-CAN are looking for an all-rounder to join the team. The Administrative Assistant role is key to the smooth running of the office, proving support across the functions as and when needed. This role would suit a proactive individual with excellent organisation skills with the ability to organise own workload. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working within a team environment and is willing to learn.
